Newsletter Publishing Schedule
The newsletter is published six times per year.
Your display ad can appear in the member newsletter.
You may purchase an ad to appear in one, three or six editions of the newsletter (2 month, 6 month and 12 month campaign duration) and/or an online display ad that runs for 2 months, 6 months or 12 months.
Publication Dates
Newsletters issues are published the first week of January, March, May, July, September and November.
Camera-ready Art Submission Deadlines
Camera-ready artwork (meaning PDF, PSD - PhotoShop, TIFF or image files only with no further modifications necessary prior to publication) for display ads must be received in our offices by the submission deadline in order to appear in that issue.
Online ads must be supplied in the exact pixel dimensions for the website and furnished in GIF or JPG format. Your online ad will appear in rotation on pages of the SCV-CAMFT website, including the home page. You can choose to have your online ad link to another URL or you can supply a larger ad (up to 850 pixels wide) and link to that as well. Please be sure that your
online ad is a maximum of 180 pixels wide by the height shown below. Please include a border to set off your ad from the page. Please contact us with any questions.
