Personal Statement
Are you feeling stuck in life? Does stress at work, from life, from family, or friends, feel overwhelming? I work with adults and adolescents who have depression, stress, anger, transition, grief, or anxiety issues. I also provide EMDR therapy for trauma issues for individuals who have experienced abuse, domestic violence, adverse life experiences or other traumatic events or have anxiety. If you feel you don't have good coping skills, call me. Whether you are feeling anxious, depressed, or at your wits' end there is help for you. Bring happiness back to your life!
When you choose me, you benefit from my life experiences. I have experienced grief and loss, caregiving for the terminally ill, immigration, transition from corporate to nonprofit world, marriage (30 years), parenting, and multicultural issues. Empathy, insight, and self-discovery are the gifts of therapy that I offer you. I am fluent in Tagalog and conversant in Spanish.
