Personal Statement
My specialty is working with Individuals and Couples in a traditional relationship as well as with the LGBTQ Community.
I also provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) when appropriate.
I strive to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where we explore issues that prevent a person from enjoying a full and satisfying life. We do this together as a team based on my theoretical approach of SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy) where we focus on positive, goal oriented, and solution based therapy. During my sessions I incorporate mindful and somatic based interventions as needed.
My passion and satisfaction for my work comes from the moment I see my clients move on to live their best and most authentic life that is available to them.
