We at Resilient Minds Collective are very excited to be offering teens and young adults the opportunity to develop and practice executive functioning skills with others this summer!
Clients will learn how to improve their organization, control their emotional responses, prioritize assignments and deadlines, and other skills critical to the improvement of executive functioning. We will also provide space to discuss why this is important for successful relationships and anxiety reduction.
This informative and fun 5-week program will run twice weekly, with both in-person and remote options for your health and convenience. For an additional fee, we will also offer one-to-one remote coaching for those who would like support outside of the group in cases where more support may be needed.
Groups will run twice a week for 90 minutes with in-person sessions held on Mondays and Wednesdays (12:30 - 2:00 PM or 2:30 - 4:00 PM). Parents or interested individuals can complete this survey and indicate which times and options would work best for your summer schedule as this will help us tailor our times to ages and needs. Optional 45-minute virtual individual make-up or additional coaching sessions will be available on Fridays between 9:00 AM - 1:45 PM. Additional fees will apply for Friday sessions.
The first day of the summer session begins on July 6th and wraps up on August 5th!
Our Licensed Education Psychologists Darlene Norman, May Nguyen, and Maya Anderson will facilitate the groups. Please come read our bio’s at Resilient Minds Collective for more details about our specialties and background or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
