      <title>Process Group Therapy</title>

It can be as helpful as individual therapy — and sometimes even more powerful — especially for people who want to improve relationships, gain support, and better understand their interpersonal patterns.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Times;"&gt;In a supportive group setting, members practice emotional honesty, receive feedback, and learn new ways of relating in real time. Through shared storytelling, emotional regulation, and relational healing, group therapy can support neuroplasticity — helping weaken old, unhelpful patterns and strengthen healthier, more adaptive ones.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Times;"&gt;Process group therapy is a very effective adjunct to individual therapy allowing for a safe place to practice newly learned skills.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
