We are a group Private Practice specializing in Art Therapy, Anxiety, Identity, Family dynamics, Relationships, Trauma, and Loss. If you are over 1000 hours and registered with the BBS as an APCC or AMFT we would love to have you on the team. Someone who is able to approach documentation in a timely and professional manner while maintaining a comfortable, warm, relatable style in person is A MUST! We respect diversity and approach each family with humility and uniqueness they deserve. You should also like having fun and have a good sense of humor as this team is a bit goofy.
Ideally we are looking for someone that has experience with art, family, couples, and young children. Bonus points if you have IFS, EMDR, Eating D/o, or Art Therapy background. We are gender / non-binary/ rainbow family friendly. We also believe that those that work hard need to play hard - so PTO, birthdays, and all major holidays are compensated with optional fieldtrips to trainings, conferences, and marketing events.
Compensation is $20 for all admin/non-client time spent working including notes, supervision, or training. $60 for client sessions. The right candidate will have their own office to see clients in person without needing to share or book time from other therapists! Days are M - Th with Fridays off. Afternoons must be included but your day ends between 6p and 7pm. In this position you will receive training in your areas of interest, be encouraged to try new topics, exposed to what it takes to run a private practice, and participate in groups, networking, and professional trainings.

Our internship program supports a diverse population, which includes both justice-involved individuals who are in need of social and emotional support and non-justice involved clients. We are searching for motivated, enthusiastic interns/trainees who want to make a difference in our community.
Our agency focuses on the development of MFT and PCC trainees career path and training to acquire transferrable skills from gaining experience working with Medi-Cal clients, sliding scale fee clients, and justice-involved individuals. Modalities include working with children, families, couples, groups and individuals.
We offer a New Skills and Choices Parenting program that encompasses co and parallel parenting classes, which is offered to those seeking to reduce high conflict embroiled in custody disputes.
Trainees will receive a holistic business and clinical experience with an understanding of how to set up a private practice, while simultaneously working in a community-based organization. We offer hybrid virtual and in-person sessions to clients and virtual supervision.
For justice-involved clients, you will have an opportunity to collaborate with social workers and probation officers, provide resources and referrals, and engage in case management.
We hire trainees year-round. Training is included throughout the year. A one-year commitment is expected.
Weekly group and triadic supervision are provided by licensed MFT’s with 20 years of experience in the field. Must be a MFT trainee, AMFT, PCC, ASW with the BBS, carry malpractice insurance, and commit to a one-year contract. Positions are available immediately.
