The room has a double sofa/loveseat and two chairs. One being the chair for the desk. Seats 6-8 people including the therapist. There is first floor and second floor waiting areas (not private). Opportunity to hang your Single, literally on the door. Front and rear parking. Front and rear entrance. Location shares the parking lot with Left Bank restaurant, Walgreens. Two coffee shops a Mexican and Chinese restaurant on the parameters of the parking lot. One must walk up the stairs to get to the office. At this time I do not have Wi-Fi. But the printer uses Bluetooth. Cross streets Include Menlo Ave., El Camino Real. This is a Downtown Menlo Park. Cleaning and utilities also covered in the rent. Bathrooms located on the floor that the office is located. The landlord has not raised the rent in my 3.5 years of leasing. Please only full day inquiries!!  Income is needed, due to my family situation. Office mate is a psychologist.
