Hello:  My client's 13 year old son just came out to them as being gay.  They are very accepting and supportive.  He is asking to see someone for support and would like a female therapist who sees gay adolescents.  They live in Mountain View and are willing to bring him to 6:00 p.m. appointments on the weekday or a Saturday appointment.

    Please email me at

    Thank you kindly,

    Rosemary Lutus

Healing Steps is now available on and not only provides pertinent information for survivors and therapists but also provides structured exercises, homework assignments, and visualizations which you can do in sessions with your clients. This guide works well for individual sessions, as a format for group work, or as recommended reading for your clients. Healing Steps is the book you want to have on hand for your sexually abused clients.
