This month we are once again pleased to have chapter member and certified art therapist Ursula Jorgensen, LMFT, guide us through some art therapy exercises.
* If you use a heavier white glue you will want heavier paper to absorb. If you are using a glue stick thinner paper like printer paper is usually fine.
Ursula Jorgensen is many things and among them she is a Board Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has seven years experience in providing mental health to children, teens, families, and adults. She has a passion for working with educators, therapists, parents, and children around self identity, anxiety, life/family transitions, and resilience. When not working she enjoys traveling with family, journaling, watching the latest DC Marvel released movies and shows or nerding out psychology themed books & magazines!
