EVENT POLICY INFORMATION
Covid-19 Liability Release Form RequirementFor in-person chapter events, we require attendees to read and sign a release form, stating you have no symptoms and that you have not been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for covid-19. You can view and download the form HERE. Registration FeesRegister online using your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover. We do not accept checks. To guarantee pre-registration pricing and/or meals, you must register and pay 4 days before the event. Walk-ins are welcome at a higher rate, however meals and seating is not guaranteed. AuditsAuditing does NOT include a meal or CE credits. You can add CE credits when you register for an additional fee. For those auditing, the luncheon presentations begin at noon. Workshops cannot be audited. CE CertificatesTo obtain your CE certificate, you must sign-in and sign-out at the event and complete a program evaluation. You will be emailed a link to the evaluation within 2 weeks after the event. Upon completion of the evaluation, you can download the certificate. If you miss any of the presentation, you will not be eligible for CE credits. Refunds/Cancellations
GrievancesSCV-CAMFT works hard to assure fair treatment for all participants and attempts to anticipate problems. There may be occasional issues which will require intervention and/or action on the part of the board of directors. Grievances should be put in writing and mailed to the board at SCV-CAMFT Board, P.O. Box 60814, Palo Alto, CA, 94306.
