The entire suite of 8 offices was custom built for psychotherapy, including excellent sound proofing (6” thick walls and 18” of insulation in the ceiling), call lights, large lobby, large kitchen, and a separate client exit. One visiting therapist described the suite as feeling like a good quality, lived in, home. We have made many adjustments to make the suite as safe as possible and in compliance with CDC guidelines, including distance of lobby furniture, removal of magazines and bottled water, and posting of safety signs on the entrance door.
The building is three stories with glass elevators, wheel-chair accessible and a beautiful, planted atrium. Our 3,000 sq./ft. suite occupies about 1/4 of the corner of the third floor. Two parking lots provide plenty of parking.
Your sublease agreement includes all utilities: 100Mbps of Xfinity Ethernet for glitch-free video sessions, Wi-Fi, telephone jack in your office, and full janitorial services. The kitchen includes a copier/FAX machine, sink, refrigerator, lunch table, bottled water, storage space and shelf space.
Both offices are large (approx. 200 square feet each). The corner office has almost 20 feet of windows and rents for $1243/month. The other office does not have a window, rents for $900, and is ideal for a newly licensed therapist wanting to pay a bit less while getting started.
