Presentation Interest Form

If you are interested in presenting a CE credit class for our members, please submit the interest form below. Someone will contact you once you submit it. If you have questions, you can contact our director of programs at programs@scv-camft.org.

Do you qualify?

Current, valid license, registration, or certificate related to the subject of the presentation.
Master’s or higher degree related to the subject of the presentation.
Training, certifications, or experience in teaching the subject of the presentation.
At least two years experience related to the subject of the presentation.

Other Requirements

If you qualify and are accepted to present a class for us, you will need to submit additional information, including the following:

Resume or CV
Description of the program
Program goals
Learning objectives
Program timeline/outline
Speaker biography and headshot
References
