Exciting New Scholarship Opportunity!



Deadline October 31!

We are thrilled to announce a fantastic new initiative under the Tzedakah Project designed to empower mental health professionals! This unique scholarship program aims to break down financial barriers to professional development resources, offering up to $500 in credits towards test preparation materials, licensing exams, or continuing education. The mission of The Tzedakah Project is to support community-derived innovations in mental health promotion with a focus on finding creative solutions that enhance well- being and prevent suffering through capacity building, direct pilot project funding, leadership development, and community empowerment. SCV-CAMFT has partnered with them for leadership development and empowerment.

By partnering with SCV-CAMFT, the Tzedakah Project is dedicated to fostering leadership and community-driven mental health solutions. Eligible active SCV-CAMFT members (associates and licensed) can apply for this incredible opportunity by answering a few brief questions.

Awards are based on candidates' commitment to personal growth, motivation to service their community, and current financial circumstances. 

SCV-CAMFT members (associates and licensed) are eligible to apply.

Six recipients will be awarded with the amounts of $200, $300, or $500 credit toward test preparation material for licensing exams or continuing education course discounts through The Therapist Development Center.

Once the scholarship recipients are selected, they will be notified by SATURDAY, NOV 30, 2024. The winners of the award will be contacted by SCV-CAMFT or a TDC representative on how the scholarship funds will be made available.
