You’ve been working hard supporting clients through a global pandemic. We appreciate all you do! Join us for a nourishing afternoon of self care. In this nourishing mini-retreat, Jaclyn Long will treat you to a Somatic-IFS informed yin yoga class, with soothing music, very gentle floor poses and a compassionate invitation to be with all of the different parts of you that arise as we move and breathe together. Then we will flow into authentic movement, as LaDonna Silva leads you through a lyrical journey of moving with, remembering and reclaiming different aspects of yourself, your body and your inner life. Give yourself this opportunity to connect with your Self, with your parts and with others!

  • yoga mat (we have some extras if you don't have one)
