Program Goals
This presentation gives an overview of subclinical burnout and the scourge of stress that leads to burnout. The goal of this workshop is for participants to be able to identify the signs of chronic stress in language and behavior and help their clients find the locuses of control that allows them to see their way out of the burnout cycle.
Learning Objectives
Identify the 3 hallmarks of burnout as they may be presented by your client.
Distinguish the 3 types of Burnout and the most common causes of each.
Understand the mental, emotional and physical cycle of burnout and how to intervene at any of those points.
Practice a fast-acting somatic technique that stops stress that leads to burnout.
Understand a novel long term solution that extinguishes ongoing stress patterns that keep the burnout cycle going.
